Many people spend long hours at work, and at the same time are exposed to a number of factors that distract them and reduce their productivity. Others just can’t manage their personal time well.
And it all starts in the morning.
The things you do when you wake up every day are crucial for your productivity and the way you go on with the things you have to do.
So, if you want to keep your productivity high, here are 5 morning rituals you should start doing.
Do 7 minutes of physical exercise
Why not 10, but 7?
This period is short enough not to affect the rest of the morning, and long enough to overcome any residual sleepiness, including freeing up the effect of that extra glass of wine you had before falling asleep.
There are an infinite number of fitness programs to incorporate the body into active solve, but one of the best is called 7 Minute Workout. It's about moving all the leading muscle groups with a total of 12 exercises.
Put something green in your breakfast
You will be shocked by how much more energy can be eaten in the morning with the so-called green smoothie.
Example: Put a green apple, a banana, an orange, a spinach, half a cucumber, coconut juice, a few cubes of ice and linseed linen in the blender. It's cheap, easy to prepare and very energizing.
Making a healthy juice takes less time in the morning than having a toast and making a cheese melt sandwich for example.
Choose your three wins every day
While you wait for your toast to be ready or you drink your morning coffee, decide what are the three important things that you would like to do within the next 12 hours to be sure that your day was successful.
Naturally, not every day has to bring a great victory, but with these little steps you will help yourself develop.
Manage your calendar to get results.
One of the most common mistakes of people is that they arrive at the office and do not plan their goals to achieve within certain time periods.
For everything great to do, use the calendar and save the time - from, to - what you think will be needed to complete the individual task. When you calculate the time, put up another 33% of the time you have chosen to achieve the goal - in any case, to have more time to complete the task.
If you are working on a project with many tasks involved, split it into "pieces" and plan them. This simple method will keep you more accountable to yourself and will instantly help you change your focus and focus your attention on tasks that are your priority.
15 minutes away from the monitor after lunch
Take 15 minutes just after you have a second eating for the day and make some kind of professional meditation.
Do not do it in front of your computer. Do not use electronic devices. Think about the three things you gave yourself in the morning.
You will see that these 15 minutes will help you realize if and how far you deviate from your personal schedule. This will make you more productive.
